PLEASE DO NOT FLAG! THIS IS LEGITIMATE AND YOU HAVE NO REASON TO DO SO! THANK YOU! We have a timeshare at Breezy Point High Village that we are needing to let go of. It is for the 3rd week in January from Friday to Friday. It is currently not on the point system but you can buy into that for I believe $1500.00. It is on the bottom floor. It has one bedroom with whirlpool tub, kitchen, full bath, sleeper sofa, TV and gas fireplace. All kitchenware is included as well as linens and towels. It is a poolside unit. There is laundry available in the basement garage area. The garage is underground and heated. There are great snowmobile trails around and is a very nice area. The years that we have used it the resort has activities every weekday - some free some for a minimal fee. There is a recreation center that is included in your owner fees. There is a waterslide pool with hot tub, internet/computer usage, game area, tanning, and a basketball/volleball court. We are not asking for a selling cost, you would just need to pay the transfer cost which is pretty minimal as well as the 2012 maintenance fees of $650. Half of that is due before the week is used and the balance is due around June/July - they send out a statement on it. You can also "bank" your week and use the condo elsewhere if you become a member of RCI. We did that once and used our time in Daytona which we had a really great experience with. The only reason we are asking such a small price is because we really are unable to afford the maintenance fees and would just like someone else to be able to enjoy it.
