We are the owners of this special location, not a real estate company or broker. Our home is offered for a minimum 2 nights to a maximum 4 weeks. We make leasing simple and straightforward. When you ask, if you would kindly inform us your specific dates and variety of individuals, we would appreciate it. Just recently renovated, the main bed rooms has a queen bed, closets, and dressers. A twin bed is readily available in the spare room, which also has a closet. There are one and half restrooms, a dining-room, and living space with a lot of natural light and hardwood floors. Modern appliances grace the Talavera-themed cooking area. Wireless net, cable tv, and local phone service are supplied at no charge. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The house is completely furnished with linens, towels, and an equipped kitchen. We are sorry to turn away pets, but allergies avoid us. For this factor also, there is no cigarette smoking permitted. There is a big deck which lends itself to peaceful mornings and afternoons. The backyard is personal and huge. DATES STILL AVAILABLE! June 6 - 20, July 20 - 31, August 22 - September 30. Numerous fall dates still open.
