Lakemont Pines lake vacation rental offers swimming, skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, walking trails and quiet relaxation. Lease options always open for you and your friends to share the monthly cost. I am a private owner who rents out her own home when it is open. Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, 2 night minimum, Total $450 which includes a one time $75 surcharge for taxes and utilities and a REFUNDABLE $175 refundable deposit for people without pets. Monday thru Thursday nights, 2 night minimum, Total $420 which includes a one time $75 surcharge for taxes and utilities and a REFUNDABLE $175 refundable deposit for people without pets. Pets are an additional $50 deposit plus $10 per day for the first pet and $5 per day for each thereafter. Holidays are a 3 night minimum and 10%. Pets OK with additional deposit. Our home is NON-SMOKING due to severe allergies. Tall Cedars, Pines and Oaks surround our home. Leave right from the house and hike through the Stanislaus National forest on foot or experience some of the best mountain biking that Northern California offers. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator and views of the lake and tall trees. The dining room has a cherry table with chairs and views of the lake and trees. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and VCR/DVD and views of the Stanislaus National forest out both windows. The second bedroom has a loft bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, TV, VCR, DVD and views of the Stanislaus National Forest. The bathroom is a tub with a shower and a view of the forest if you're tall. The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, games and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The view is across the lake and the trees. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. Lakemont Pines lake is directly across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months.
