(Call me for special circumstances)This 2 story beach house features the following amenities:2 ½ bedrooms are on lower floor: one bedroom with regular kings size bed, one bedroom with queen size bed and one bunk bed with single mattresses, ½ bedroom with one bunk bed (twin mattress and double bed) with spiral staircase up to the kitchen. Two large bathrooms with showers, one upstairs, one downstairs. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast countertop, living/dining room, dishwasher, microwave, computer station,TV, free standing wood burning stove, balcony with table and chairs.There is a shed in the enclosed, fenced backyard, housing a laundry tub and washer and dryer. There are several beach chairs, boogie boards, red wagon, Weber BBQ and picnic table and sand toys for kids.
