A Mexican Treasure. Wyndham Taos is built on the former property of Nicolai Fechin a local community artist, and his residence, situated next to the resort, is now the home of the Taos Art Museum. From here its a short stroll to the quaint shops, museums and restaurants of this famous artist colony. The natural beauty of this area surrounds you whatever time of year you visit. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding opportunities are endless, while the rest of the year brings hiking, biking and kayaking through the dramatic landscape. Art or adventure - Taos has it all, with a landscape that is waiting to cast its spell on you. Location: by Kit Carson home and museum. 229 Paseo Del Pueblo Norte Taos, NM 87571- google map it. The map on Craigslist isn't very helpful. Offering a studio to sleep 2, studio deluxe sleeps 4, or one bedroom sleeps 4. Kitchenette includes fridge, dish washer, dishes, coffee maker and microwave. (see photo) Resort includes Hot Tub, Game Room, Fitness Center, and Laundry Room. Out door pool is open seasonally. Cost is approximately $110/day depending unit size, season of travel, and length of stay. Tax included. Plus $40 guest fee if required by Wyndham. There is no additional housekeeping cost. Must be 21 to check in to unit at front desk. You will be provided with a confirmation email from Wyndham once payment is received. You will need this and a credit card to check in. The credit card will NOT be charged unless there is damage. It is a damage deposit only, required for all Wyndham owners or guest. No pets, Non smoking room. I WILL only reply to those who CALL me.
