Ifyou cancel your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrivaldate, no refund will be issued; however, you may reschedule your stay within one (1) year of the originaldate and receive 100% credit of your deposit. Deposit will be forfeited if notused within one (1) year of the originally scheduled reservation. If you must cancel your reservation seven (7) days or less priorto your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Please do not exceed the maximum number ofguests allowed per cabin. 7. DAMAGES/CLEANING/MISSING ITEMS:Valley Springs does not require adamage deposit or cleaning fee, however, the person renting assumes fullresponsibility for any damage and additional cleaning fees above normal wearand tear or replacement cost of any items removed from the property. 8. Valley Springs Lodgingand its' employees are not responsible for any accidents or injury to guests ortheir visitors, or any loss of valuables/personal items of any kind includingdamage to personal vehicles or effects.9. Each rental comescomplete with access to a propane grill (propane included), FREE Wi-Fi, televisionwith satellite TV, towels, wash cloths, blankets and linens and a kitchenetteincluding; microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, dishesand utensils. Disposable items such as bathroom tissue and paper towels arefurnished for your arrival. All Valley Springs property must be left in thesame condition as when you arrive. 10. Valley Springs does notrefund or compensate for bad weather, power outages or other acts of nature. 11. Valley Springs does notrefund for early departures for any reason.12. We're sorry; No Smokinginside facilities, No Pets and No Swimming permitted.13. Occupancy and use of each rental shall not disturb or offend nearbyguests or residents.14. NODAILY HOUSEKEEPING: Although paperproducts, linens and towels are provided, Valley Springs does not offer dailyhousekeeping. We recommend you bringadditional towels for use with your chosen activities as we do not permittowels to leave the premises. Excessive soiling of towels may result in anadditional cleaning fee.
