Lovely seasonal cottage on Otisco Lake, just 25 minutes from downtown Syracuse,NY. It has 4 small bedrooms(queen,twin,2 singles & bunk beds) and a bunkhouse for the children. Occupancy is limited to 8, and guests provide their own linen. A gas grill, kayak and canoe are provided, as well as basic cable TV. The cottage is completely furnished, with a spacious downstairs and a large screened-in front porch with a small open deck. Four golf courses and the great restaurants of Skaneateles are only minutes away, and the Overlook Restaurant on the lake is just a few minutes walk. The fishing and swimming are terrific, and it is the best water ski lake in central New York. No pets-no exceptions. The week begins on Saturday at 3:00 PM and ends the following Saturday at 10:00 AM. A deposit of 50% is required upon reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to the rental date. Please call 315-345-XXXX with any questions. The cottage is also available September and October, arguably the quietest and most scenic months of the year, at a reduced rate.
