If you are coming to Fairbanks to take in our great scenery, summer events and perhaps this fall to see the Northern Lights, please consider staying in the most elegant historic home in Fairbanks and enjoying a full home-cooked gormet breakfast each day of your stay. The Alaska Heritage House B has competative high season rates for daily, multi-day, weekly, and monthly stays on all of our beautiful rooms and suites, with daily regular room rates starting at $119 for one person in our small room with shared bath and $139 for two people in our room with a shared bath. Standard rooms with a private bath are $165. The daily rate for a suite with a kitchen is $195 for two people and $219 for 4 people. That is only $55 per person! Our rates are below GSA and DoD per diem rates. We have some availability during the remainer of the summer. We are offering extended stay weekly rates starting at $500 for a standard room, and monthly rates of $1000 for the "shared bath" room, $1350 for a standard room (about $45 per day), and $1550 for a suite with kitchen that sleeps up to 4 people. We provide everything including use of the laundry and weekly housekeeping.The Alaska Heritage House is listed on the National Historic Registry (Mary Lee Davis House) and is conveniently located at 410 Cowles Street just a few blocks from downtown Fairbanks. It was built in 1916 and restored to original condition in 2008. It is furnished with period antiques, but has all the modern conveniences, including new plumbing, laundry, cable and Wi-Fi. We serve an elegant, full gormet breakfast every day.
