The home is located on one of the prettiest streets in the Bay Beach neighborhood at Crystal Beach.Distance is approximately 2000ft to the beautiful sandy beach.Amenities' include central air conditioning, large glass enclosed 3 season deck, outdoor gas grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, 2 car garage, outdoor lighting, master bedroom suite, gas fireplace, local phone service,2 TVs, DVD/CD player and stereo system, Wi-Fi and more.Rental is $1,350 per week. A $500 Security deposit is required.Rental is from Saturday to Saturday, June through September. Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.A deposit of 50% is due to confirm booking.
