Relax and unwind in our sweet, quiet, meadow-side cottage on the Mendocino Coast. Our guest cottage has a queen-size bedroom, full bathroom, complete kitchen, sun-deck, and nicely furnished living room (including two day-beds). No other houses in sight (besides owners' next door), deer and wild turkeys frequently visit, and the only sound at night is usually the ocean surf 1.5 miles away. Quiet Meadow Cottage is five miles from the fishing village of Albion and 12 miles from the historically preserved coastal village of Mendocino-- featuring beaches & headlands, art galleries & craft shops, and some of California's best food and wine. Fort Bragg's Noyo harbor is just 20 miles away, with ocean fishing, whale-watching cruises, the Skunk Train and a host of other attractions, and Anderson Valley's famous vineyards & tasting rooms are just 30 miles away. (During the summer season, April-Sept + 6 holidays, it's $165 for the first night, $115 for each additional night, and $700 per week.) There is a 2-night minimum for Saturdays and holidays, and if a 2nd or 3rd bed is required, add a one-time fee of $25 per extra bed for the additional bedding & towels.
