I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental at the Imperial Lakes Resort in Mulberry, near Lakeland. Home of the Detroit Tigers spring training facility. Asking $950 for the entire week, including tax. The 2 bedroom unit is fully furnished and has a full kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper, queen size bed in master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, dining area, washer/dryer & patio. NO Smoking and NO Pets. The resort has a heated swimming pool, bbq grills with picnic tables. Approximately 50 miles from Disney World and 20 miles to Tampa and 10 miles to Tiger's Stadium. Plenty of fishing, golfing, skiing and plenty of water sports in the area. You can email me thru craigslist, call or text me at 916 349 XXXX to reserve or ask about availability. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day. If 60 days or less or holiday week, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment, you can also make payment by debit or credit card. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
