I have studio, 1br, 2br and 3br holiday rentals readily available in Park City, Utah. Studio rates starting at $149 per night, consisting of tax, during cold weather 2 or 3 night minimum most of the times. Larger suites are higher. Westgate Park City, Miner's Club are both in The Canyon's Ski Resort, Willowbend Condos are close-by, in town are Park Regency, Park Plaza and Park Avenue Condominiums readily available year around. Sundance Film Festival 2015Sweetwater at Lift Lodge, 1br/1ba, sleeps up to 6. Jan 23rd - 30th, 2014. $1499 for the entire week consisting of tax or $299 per night, 3 night minimum.Miner's Club, 2br/2ba, sleeps approximately 6. Jan 22nd - 25th, 2014, $1499 for the 3 nights.All rates consist of tax. All units have a complete or partial kitchen, living room location with couch sleeper, fireplace, queen bed in room. The resorts have pools, hot tubs, physical fitness spaces, game rooms, ski lockers, etc. You can call me by e-mail through Craigslist, call or text me for reservations at 916349XXXX. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when booking the week, if beyond 60 day. Complete payment is expected if 60 days or less or vacation week. I will certainly send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. As quickly as the payment appears in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can use up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will certainly have the ability to call reservations and verify the reservation yourself; prior to making the last payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the verification, the balance is due in full. I will certainly send you a 2nd Paypal request for the continuing to be balance. There are no cancellations or refunds, so I advise that you buy travel insurance if you are worried about needing to cancel. * AAA recommends www.allianztravelinsurance.com
