The basics: 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 blocks from the Commons, 1 mile from either campus -- 500$/night, 3 night minimum (negotiable rates thereafter) Deeper cuts: coin-less (aka free) washer/dryer, free off-street parking (for 3-4 vehicles), excellent air conditioning unit, the unit is the top of a 2 unit house (the landlord lives on the bottom, but added 2 layers of sound proofing so it's literally quiet), backyard grill likely available (depending whether or not the landlord is using it), mostly furnished: 2 love chairs, couch, coffee table, regular table, silverware, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster oven, each room has a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair *I washed and left some linens behind, but no blankets/pillows* Note: this is 221 *and a half* Prospect, so the front door is up the driveway a bit.Another note: the place is cleaned up, so we'll have to negotiate an appropriate security deposit as well.Last note: the landlord is the coolest guy in Ithaca, a very accommodating gentleman.
