There is a covered porch and a protected, comfy backyard with views of the Catalina Mountains so you can sit outside and enjoy our sunny days. The bed rooms has a complete closet and a queen-sized bed with additional pillows. The living room, with sees of the mountains, has a new couch sleeper and an HD flat screen TV with DISH 200 network. The entirely remodeled cooking area has actually a full sized refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and granite counters. The washroom has actually been totally remodelled. There is cordless net, on site coin laundry facilities and off street parking. There is no smoking cigarettes within, but smoking is permitted in the backyard. No animals, please. A $300 down payment is needed in addition to a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. Summer season Rate (May-September): $400/week, month rates negotiable.Winter season Rate (October-April): $500/week, $1600/month.Available for 2015 Gem Show: $700/week $2200/month.
