I have a two bedroom/2bath unit (2205) during week 20 at Sunrise Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge Tennessee that I am wanting to trade for either a nice rv or sell. We own this unit free and clear with no liens at all. The deed is in hand. Our resort is located in the mountains right behind Dollywood. It is deeded property for life. You can sell it, give it away, will it to you grandkids, whatever you want. The way it works, you let the resort know that you will use week 20, go to the fully furnished condo, and enjoy your week. If you can't go during week 20 or want to go another time, the unit will convert to 1107 points that you can use anytime you want. You can use the points to upgrade to a pedestal house or downgrade to a one bedroom and use fewer points and go more often. What is great about the points is that next year's points are deposited in your owner account in November. This year's points expire in May of next year. That means that you have two weeks of time you can use between November and May. The fees are paid for this year ($700 for the year) and none of the points have been used. It is ready for immediate occupancy whenever you would like to go. There are gas grills, indoor and outdoor, pools, a rec room, hot tubs, kiddie pools, a full time maintanence staff, security on grounds, elevators, and more. Gatlinburg is 5 miles down the road, Pigeon Forge and all of its family attractions are just down the mountain. No matter where you are in the resort, the view is absolutely beautiful. It is very family friendly. Don't want to go to Pigeon Forge every year? This resort is owned by Amber Vacations, and there are a total of three resorts in Tennessee you can trade for and two in Florida, one by Disney and the other on the beach. If you trade within these resorts, there is no membership fee. You also can join RCI and trade to go anywhere in the world. Of course to do that, you would pay the RCI membership. I have never done that, so I don't know details. The pics are of the resort itself. One is an areal view of the resort, and the other is a view of a pedastal house. (Those are great to take everybody in your family to: loft, two master bedrooms, pull out in the living room. Just like being home.) Make me an offer if you have an rv. We are not scammers and are willing to drive to see what you have and do the exchange at a bank via notary; even willing to get Sunrise Ridge on a conference call for you to verify. So if you don't have a legitimate offer, move on. To sell straight out, I'm asking $3000. 574-221-XXXX
