Special make a reservation by October 1st for a weekly rental in September or October and your total is only $350 for a 3 BR 3 Bath(1 with garden tub) singlewide mobile home located in Roan Mountain, TN for vacation rental or long term rental. The home is located on a private lot with a covered porch with a 2 person hot tub, porch swing, and nice yard. We include several board games, outdoor games, and a grill for BBQing. The home is decorated in the theme of the mountains and country charm. The home is close to many different attractions in TN and NC. In only 30 minutes you can be to the Roan Mountain State Park TN, Elk River Falls in Elk Park NC, and Banner Elk NC for the October annual Wooly Worm Festival (October 15th&16th) or stroll through the land of Oz on Beech Mountain for the Autumn at Oz party (October 1st&2nd). Drive an hour and you can reach Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, and Grandfather Mountain in NC, Sycamore Shoals Heritage Park, State Line Drive-in in Elizabethton TN, or the Old Covered Bridge in Elizabethton (October 22nd is the Big Octoberfest), Bristol Motor Speedway (IRWIN Tools Night Race August 27th) and Thunder Valley (Super Chevy Show is Sept. 23-25) are only about 1 and a half hours away if racing is your cup of tea as well as Barter Theater in TN and on the NC side you can get to Tweetsie Railroad or Mystery Hill in the same amount of time. The home has a king bed, full, bed, 1 twin, Sleeper Sofa, comfortable couch and 1 twin roll away bed, so it will sleep 8 or 9. If you would like a clean, comfortable, and affordable vacation place then we have it. The rates are $75 a night with tax of 9.25% with a 2 night minimum plus a $25 non refundable fee for cleaning, deposit, and early cancellations. We offer a special with a sunday check in of pay for 5 nights and get 2 free! That's a whole 7 day week for only $445.00. Then you simply fill out the reservation form, make your payment and your booked! Rates during holidays are an additional $25 on holiday night only but you still get the pay for 5 get 2 free with a sunday check in. We do offer specials for cancelled dates and other times throughout the year so be sure to check website or call and ask. Also longer rental times such as a month or longer may be available if open and made at least 1 month in advance for a discounted price of $800 plus a $250 cleaning fee and deposit. This will include electric, water, sewer, and lawn maintenence during lawn season. We look forward to serving you, your family, and your friends!
