This home has been professionally decorated and landscaped and is in immaculate condition, close to swimming pool and many golf courses. It includes an expanded Florida room and large screened-in lanai (bird cage). Cable TV, phone, wireless internet and use of an electric golf cart are all included. The rates (based on double occupancy) are $3,600 for March and $2,700 for April, including utilities and taxes. No pets. Additional charges: $100/mo. for each additional couple occupying, cleaning fee $100, optional temporary resident ID fee, $50. A reservation/security deposit of $500 is required.
