Amenities consist of:.central air conditioning, modern and totally selected kitchen area, tough tile throughout with recently carpeted bedrooms, 2 completely furnished rooms w brand-new comfy clean queen sized beds, complete washroom w skylight connected to master, full washroom w skylight in hall, cordless net, Satellite Direct TELEVISION throughout residence w / 46in LCD t.v. (living room) and 32in LCD t.v. (bedroom), energy room w / washer/dryer. The courtyard is shaded by a large oak with a hammock for 2-3, gas grill and outdoor seating and fire pit as well as lighting for illuminated evening/late night enjoyable; our close friends and I have had many an after celebration here ... ideal place. The driveway divides the home so there are no linking walls between the place and this place next door meanings do not hesitate to be as loud as you like. There is a CAR2GO stand actually best outside so bring your membership card with you and take pleasure in the convenience! Parking: 2 spots available in the driveway, among which is covered and there's plenty on the street.
