A ramp and then stairs, leads you to antiques, books, a full kitchen complete with pots, pans, etc., a large living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a cottage feel. Through french doors, the rear upper deck, facing the river, provides an aesthetic view where grilling, story-telling, writing, sipping, and/or boiling seafood are yours to do as you choose. Easy access to events, golf, museums, casinos, water sports, plays, junque shops, galleries, restaurants, festivals, the beach....the list is endless. Payment via Pay Pal, cashiers check or Money Orders are accepted.$450 weekend, $900 weekly, $100 one time cleaning fee, $40 fee per small pet fee.
