It is a single family, 4 bed room, house found on the westside of Cayuga Lake, simply minutes from Seneca Falls (13 miles) and Ithaca (25 miles). It is close to the wineries on both Cayuga andSeneca Lakes. Developed in 1843, it has vintage charm with all the modern-day benefits. You can find many antiques and duration furnishingsas you move from room to room. Your house is entirely furnished with 2 rooms downstairs and 2 bed rooms upstairs. There are 2 complete bathrooms, one on each floor,.a very first floor laundry room with washer and clothes dryer, a newly remodelled, eat-in fully equipped kitchen with brand-new home appliances consisting of a.dishwasher, a huge official dining-room and living-room. The living-room has a sofa bed which can be used if extra sleeping.accommodations are required. A door in among the downstairs rooms opens to stone patio area that is totally surrounded. There is a lot of.parking, a red barn, a huge backyard with several mature trees to shade you from the sun, 3 stone outdoor patios, picnic table and chairs, and front porch. Throughout the roadway and 50 steps down, you will certainly discover 218 feet of lakefront with a shale beach, a brand-new dock with a ladder, a canoe with paddles for.your use, and a large deck with picnic table and chairs neglecting the water. Delight in a campfire on the beach or in the fire pit behind.your home. There is no telephone land line however mobile phone reception is exceptional. Cigarette smoking is restricted inside the residence. Conservative use of the.septic tank, water and electricity is appreciated. The residence is not child-proof, children are welcome. Tenancy is restricted.to 10 optimum on the home. The 1843 House is readily available year-round with a 1 week minimum stay fromJune 23 through Labor Day. Throughout the rest of the year, your house is available by the night, weekend, week, month or long term. Rates are "Housekeeping Ready". You need to bring your own linens and towels (blankets and pillows are provided) and clean your home to.the same or better condition you discovered it in.
