With four unique bedrooms, two downstairs and two upstairs, and a full futon sofa bed, it will easily sleep 9. The new kitchen is large and completely equipped. There are large sunny living spaces, a dining area and an open upstairs area for recreation and kids to play. 1 1/2 baths and full laundry make it a complete home away from home. The house is wheelchair accessible. There is a porch from the upstairs to enjoy the views and a tiny pond. Have a BBQ outside on the grill provided, eat dinner and and watch the sunset. On 2 acres there is lots of room to get out and enjoy the country.We have games for inside and out. This house is perfect for families visiting students, reunions, weddings, or any occasion. We are close to Cayuga Lake( 2 miles) ,Universities ( 7 miles), Parks, Wineries, Ithaca and the Airport. Linens, towels, soaps etc. provided. Price $350-$500 per night (for the whole house) dependent on season.( graduation nights vary) Less expensive than renting multiple hotel rooms and going out for meals. Week rates available.
