This 3700 sq ft home is the perfect escape for families. We just rent for the 4th of July, Christmas and New Years so the residence is in great condition. You get in into the terrific room where the beauty of the trees and mountains greet you with the cathedral ceiling and an open floor strategy. The room provides striking functions such as the 22 foot tall hand selected river stone fireplace, and the 400 years of age recovered red wood bar that seats 7. The kitchen provides a beautiful Viking variety top with an integrated frying pan, and Jenn-Air speed cook ovens. A fast stroll to the deck takes you to the 7 individual jacuzzi for a relaxing night under the stars. Stroll down a flight of stairs and you have 4 roomy bedrooms with 500+ thread count Supima sheets. The master suite has a king bed, stone fireplace, a 2 individual Jacuzzi tub and a deck going to the back. The visitor suite is an ideal king room with slate and granite washroom. The other 2 spaces share a bath with dual sinks. The one space has a queen bed and lounge chair. The 4th room has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed with a deck and backyard access. Below the bedrooms is a best hang out. 900 square feet of leisure space. The family space has a pool table and huge screen TELEVISION on one side. The room on the other side is a bunk space for 6 with an en-suite bath with dual sinks and tub over shower. Leave of the living room into the roomy woody retreat where trees and green space are plentiful. A close walk (10 minutes) is the Tahoe Donner Rec center and Lodge with two swimming pools, physical fitness restaurant/pub, center and golf course. You will have guest access to all Tahoe Donner features including golf, tennis, beach club at Donner Lake, 3 swimming pools and fitness center amongst others.
