You are walking distance from a plethora of restaurants, out door markets, shops and a movie theater. The house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and laundry room upstairs and living room, kitchen and garage/gym downstairs. Here is a room by room break down: Your Bedroom - Perhaps the cheeriest room in the house, this room is home to a comfortable queen sized bed, two night stands, and tons of closet space. Can hold up to two adults and one child. Your Bathroom - Located just outside the your bedroom, you can enjoy the luxury of a nice bath or shower and great lighting. Laundry Room - Its got the works: washer, dryer, ironing board, detergent, drying rack, what more could you ask for. Living Room - Couch, love seat, coffee table, everything you need to curl up with a good book or spend the evening in pleasant conversation. Kitchen - Gorgeous granite counter-tops and glass top stove are a key feature in this great kitchen. But that's just the beginning, we have it fully stocked with everything you will need to feel right at home from dishes and silverware to pots and pans to a Vitamix blender and Cuisinart, mi casa es su casa.
