Enjoy our living room vantage point--an exhilarating view, from Otter Crest to Yaquina Head Lighthouse (Beverly Beach community). You'll get a sense of our wonderful getaway.Our housekeeping option (you bring sheets & bath towels) allows us to keep rates affordable. For a party of 2, Fall rates are $600/week, $350 half week. In addition, rather than let the cottage sit empty, we offer short-notice discounts on approaching open dates. The quoted rate of $69/night is the discounted rate for a 3-night stay (see below) during October dates still available, for a party of 2. Add 10% for local & state taxes. The $50 cleaning fee is fully refundable, providing you leave the cottage in the condition you find it.While cozy for just a couple, our 2-bedroom 2-bath cottage can sleep up to 8, including a bunk bed. Kitchen is fully furnished, including dishwasher (remodeled last year).And, we now have Internet.Dog deposit is $100, $80 refunded upon satisfactory inspections of cottage & yard following stay.Arrival time first day is 4 p.m. Departure time is noon. Usually stays begin and end on Monday or Friday. With short notice reservations, other arrangements are possible (as well as rate discounts).
