Lower your boat from one of two personal boat lifts and idle for less than 10 seconds until you reach the "go fast" zone. This is a 3 BR 2 full bath home w/ 2 car garage, heated pool, and all that is needed to get away from the cold and into the warm vacation mode. We also offer a 16' canoe w/ an outboard motor included in the rental along with novice fishing gear for fishing directly off your own private dock!! Walk, float or pedal to water front dining, evening entertainment and shopping boutiques. Matlacha is fully equipped with boat & kayak rental marinas along with bait & tackle shops. Fish with Matlacha locals on The Worlds Most Popular Fishing Bridge all within a 10 minute walk. The rental rate which includes all utilities ranges from $700 - $1500 / week plus 11% bed tax and $150 cleaning fee, depending on the season or Holiday weekend. A refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve, and as always, we accept reservations first come, first served.
