Can no longer go, daughter is sick. Vacation Rental for Miss America Pagent - 3 nights - this Thurs, Friday and Saturday Sept 12-15th, have a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath deluxe in Wyndham Skyline Towers on S North Carolina St in Atlantic City NJ. This is on the same block as Resorts, Resorts being on the boardwalk and the Towers being at end of the block, very close to the boardwalk tho. This is an approx 1100 sq ft condo, 1 of the br has a jacuzzi in it, each bedroom has a king bed in it and the sofa in the LR is a queen sleeper, the whole unit sleeps 6 people. The LR has a sofa & 2 chairs and the kitchen has a table and 5 or 6 chairs, the balcony has a sm table and 2 chairs. Kitchen has all the amenties most kitchens have (garbage disp, ice maker, chairs, d/w), 3 TVs. The unit has a full kitchen, balcony, LR/DR combined, closet by the door as you come into the unit, each bedroom has a closet in it. These units are very beautiful. There is a rooftop hottub in the resort, indoor heated pool w/hottub, activity room on the 6th floor, exercise room, game room, computer room, lots of daily activities at the resort. You are responsible for the $10.00 per day/night daily parking fee that the resort charges along with any other incidental charges which you may incur while during your stay at Wyndham Skyline Towers. (The $750.00 that you are paying me is my fee for the 3 nights and does not include anything else.). If you have any questions please call, 610-741-XXXX. These units normally rent for about $450.00 per night. MUST PAY IMMEDIATELY VIA PAYPAL. Upon payment received, I will put reservation in your name and email you the confirmation so you must include the full name, age and address that will be on the reservation. Renter must be 25 yrs of age or older. The $750.00 is all you pay seller, however, Skyline Tower Resort has a $10.00 per day valet parking fee that you will pay upon departure. You will need a major credit card to check in with a $150.00 deposit, which will be put on hold and released when you check out. Nothing will be charged to the card unless you make long distance calls from the room mor charge activities to your room. Reservation will be put in your name and confirmation will be sent to your email. Name and address will be needed for reservation and check in. Must be over 25 to check in. Once a name is added to reservation it cannot be changed without an additional fee (which is approx $129.00). YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND A SALES PRESENTATION, DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO ATTENDING, get your wristband and go!! Please note, I am not a travel agent, just an owner who can no longer use make my original travel dates and am passing them onto someone else to use. Check in is Thursday Sept 12th at 4:00 PM and check out is Sunday Sept 15th at 10:00 AM. I may have repeated myself but I want to make sure all the info is here.
