I have studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom vacation rentals in my condo, timeshare suites available in the Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach & New Smyrna Beach areas. The resorts include the Grand Seas, Casa Del Mar, The Maverick, or Perennial Vacation Club of Daytona throughout the year. Rates starting at $89 per night for studio suites. Large suites start at $99 per night. Bike Week - March 8th - 15th, 2014. Fantasy Island Resort II, two 1br/1ba oceanview suites available. $999 including tax for the full weekMaverick Resort, studio oceanview suite. $899 including tax for the full week. Special Event weeks such as the Motorcycle Rally's, Nascar Races, bike week, spring break book up early, so make your reservations far in advance. Orlando rentals are also available. . No pets and NON Smoking rooms. The resorts are located on the beach and amenities include pool, game room, hot tubs and more. For reservations or availability, you can email me thru Craigslist, call or text me at 916 349 XXXX. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day. If 60 days or less or holiday week, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
