Spring & Summer Pricing: Weekday discount (Sunday through Thursday) of $90 per night; $110 per night Friday and SaturdayWe do offer a discount if you book 3 or more consecutive nights.Look no further, our year-round getaway (Michalet) is located inside the Seven Springs Mountain Resort property (Ferncreek Park, small community with great neighbors). Spend quality time with friends, family and/or significant other at our 992 square foot modern mobile home. It is clean, private (on a cul de sac, surrounded by woods on 3 sides), cozy and close to everything! We have 2 air conditioned bedrooms (1 queen & 1 full with linens included), 2 full bathrooms with towels included, kitchen and living room. It sleeps up to 6 people with a pull out queen size couch bed in living area. There are two decks, one 40x15 with outdoor furniture, adironack chairs and gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen offers dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, 4 ring stove/oven and brand new full size refrigerator.Also, we have for you have a fireplace and outdoor campfire, frisbee, board games, magnetic darts, cards, a few tapes and cd's with players, cable tv, dvd players, vcr 's(bring your favorite movie or just watch ours), washer and dryer.We rent in the fall weekly, weekends and nightly for $125.00 per night up to 6 people. This rate is until December 16th, 2010. The rate from December 17-March 31st is $200 per night. December 24-January 2 is $300 per night with a 3 night minimum. Discounts will be given for additional nights and each additional person $15.00 per night per person. We are not selling or renting long term; we love it and are there when it is not rented. You may leave it as clean as it was when you got there or pay $50 for cleaning. We do not permit smoking inside our home!Recreation/Activities Nearby - Many State Parks are adjacent to the property. Several walking trails are right outside our door. It is 3 miles to Laurel Hill State Park (with a beach/swimming area and canoe, hydrobike, kayak, paddle boat rentals). The state parks that are within a few miles of our place are: Laurel Hill, Kooser, Laurel Summit, Ohiopyle, Linn Run, Laurel Mountain and Laurel Ridge.
