It comes with sleeping accomodations for 10 and 1 child: 3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed set, 1 crib, and 1 queen pull out sofa.You have the use of your own large Dock/Pier, for fishing, boating, swimming, etc., There is ample space to dock a boat or jet ski and a shallow sand bottom area with swim platform for cooling off and swimming. Public boat landing is less than five minutes away. A gas grill on the back deck, a two person swing, picnic tables, seating, and a hammock. The back deck is very large, and is perfect for a cookout or some drinks with friends! Almost three acres, very safe and kid friendly, a great romatic getaway, or awesome retreat for a group of friends. All appliances included, washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, etc. The house is less than 10 minutes to the town of Reedville with several restaurants, a wonderful homemade ice cream and coffee shop, and the local fisherman's museum for a bit of history! Very close to several island excursions, 10 minutes to the ferry to Tangier Island, several wineries, and wonderful restaurant choices 20 minutes away in Kilmarnock. This is a wonderful vacation option without the congestion of high tourist areas, a better budget option, and still plenty to entertain you!We are taking all reservations now. $95 per night $175 per weekend-Friday check in Sunday check out $550 per week-7 night stay, all reservations are flexible based on availability. The house is currently availabe all dates beginning November 15, 2011 and is available for a 3, 6, or 12 month lease with negotiable terms.
