50's style camp right on Piseco Lake . Camp is on the north shore ( Old Piseco Road ) 3 miles from each end of lake . We have three bedrooms including a dorm style room with three beds that's ideal for children . There's a large fully equipped kitchen that looks out over the lake . The small bathroom is located downstairs and has a great shower . There is a fireplace and electric heat for backup .The camp is only 50 feet from the nice sandy beach . There's a fireplace near the beach , a screed in area and plenty of parking . We're down off the road with a buffer of trees between the road and camp , it's very quiet . Neighbors are to each side but are seldom there .The shallow sandy bottom extends out about 150 feet and is perfect for small children . The living room and kitchen ( as well as bedrooms ) have full view of the beach and lake so you can keep an eye on the kids .If you have a larger boat there are deep water launch sites at each state campsite 1/2 mile to the north and south ( walking distance ) of the camp . We will also provide a very nice canoe for the week and a couple bicycles .The camp is 50's style with "unfinished" upstairs typical of the period .This is a prime location on one of the prettiest lake in the Adirondacks . The water is clear and although power boats are allowed it's still a very quiet lake . Fishing is good .Within 3 miles of the camp are the fire department and emergency services , post office , a couple bars / restaurants , a store with gas and deli , and the nicest airport in the Adirondacks . There are several great hiking trails within walking distance of the camp ( Panther Mt. , T-lake falls , etc. ) Speculator is 17 miles away with it's supermarket , golf coarse , churches , and many other services .Sunrises and moon rises are spectacular with ducks , loons , coons , deer , bear and other wildlife in the area .Phone 315 823 XXXX////]]>Co.
