Caribbean Grand Cayman Morritt's Tortuga Club 1 Bedroom Condo - 1 Week RentalUp for rent is usage of a condo for 7 nights/ 8 days, for $980. You pick the time you want to go to Grand Cayman's Morritt's Tortuga Club, right on the beach! Last chance as resort is nearly sold out for summer 2011!This is a 1 Bedroom Ocean Front Condo (sleeps 4) and has 1 full bath. The one bedroom unit has a separate bedroom (a King bed) and a sleeper sofa can sleep 2 more. Full kitchen -- frig, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, and all the kitchenware you need. This unit normally rents for $2270/week, but it could be yours for $980 for 7 nights, which is $140/night! Initial payment is equal to 1 nights stay or $140 and will be used as a deposit. I'll send a confirmation letter to you within 3 days of payment. The remaining balance is due 5 days after confirmation letter is sent to renter, at which time the remaining of 6 nights or $840 will be due. I have been an owner for 19 years and been there 15 times. I have rented this the past 5 years and have received positive feedback from every renter -- they loved their vacation at Grand Cayman!The Caribbean is wonderful anytime of the year and Grand Cayman can't be beat -- sun, 85 degrees, and a breeze! Now's the right time to make plans! This beautiful resort with incredibly spacious units offers a long list of beach and water activities, including Wave Runners, sailboats, kayaks, beach chairs, dives, and snorkeling. Fishing is available with local fishing captains, with fishing trips departing right from the newly finished dock. Entertainment comes to you poolside on various nights of the week, weather permitting, and includes themed parties and karaoke. There's also a dockside bar on the dock with music and drinks -- every night under the moonlight on the water! And don't forget SCUBA diving -- one of the best -- if not the best -- in the Caribbean! On site David's restaurant with a nice grocery store less than a 5 minute walk.Check in is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at 4PM and check out is 7 days later. Renter to pay all electric for the week (about $10/day) and the $10/day rent tax at check-out. Vacation in "Paradise" at Morritt's Tortuga Club - here's your last chance.
