Chautauqua cottage rental (7) yrs old, EXTRA CLEAN AND VERY PEACEFUL can sleep up to 5, minutes to Bemus pt, Long Point Satet park, and midway amusement park, also aprox. 8-9 miles to chautauqua institiute and about the same to lakewood and mayville.Dogs ok (no more than 2 (you will be totally responsible for any damages) plenty of room to run.600 week, 225 weekend (fri-2pm-Sun 5pm) 150 deposit plus 50.00 with dog(s) returned at departure with clean rooms and no damage,. You won't find a cleaner place aroundCOMPLETELY FURNISHED! direct tv, stove, refrigerator. microwave, cooking utensils, towels, linens, blankets, soap etc. etc. etc... Again, very neat and well upkept. nice covered patio which is in the shade most of the day. As my last 2 renters stated they never stayed in a cottage more cleaner and quieter than this...and were underpriced... boat dock can be arranged for 19.00 a day if needed. And yes cottage DOES have heat as many do not!Still have dates in July 14-18 , August. Sept, Oct. (unreal fall scenery) Boat tours and fishing trips also available. VERY REASONABLE.dogs are OK - wooof
