For less than the cost of a single hotel room, you AND your family or friends can enjoy an ENTIRE tastefully furnished villa. Best of all, this beautiful villa is now available with low, low promotional rates:1 Bedroom - $600 per week for up to 2 persons!2 Bedrooms - $900 per week for up to 4 persons!(Longer term at reduced rates, shorter stays, and services of housekeeper/cook also available - contact us for details)The only "extras" are for a fifth person at $10 per night, services of our housekeeper/cook, food, and any items of a personal nature.Our fully furnished villa is comprised of two comfortable air conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, and the master has cable TV, wall safe, a walk-in closet and bath ensuite. (Bedding is a king in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, and full sofa-sleeper.) There is a spacious dining area/living room with ceiling fans, cable TV and iPod/CD stereo, second full bathroom, and a modern kitchen equipped with full size appliances, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. You can have your meals served on the large veranda, or sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs, enjoying the sea view, expansive tropical gardens and sounds of nature. We are in a gated and very secure seafront development with private sand beach and swimming pool. You can walk to restaurants and stores, and taxi service is at the gate. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at the office, just steps from the apartment.Four restaurants, a variety store and a grocery store are located across the street, as well as a rental car agency. Inexpensive taxis are easy to use if you wish to take in the many attractions in Ocho Rios, which is about a ten minute drive from the villa. Mystic Mountain (rainforest canopy zip line, Jamaican bobsled which you drive, and scenic gondola ride are here), climbing famous Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove (a whole day's adventure, including swimming with dolphins and rays, boating, nature walk, pirate show, music, dining on the beach and more), deep sea fishing, horseback riding, river rafting and tubing on the White River, adventure tours, local crafts market, Margaritaville, cinema, Harmony Hall art gallery, and many other attractions and restaurants are located in this area. Of course, you can always "chill" on your own beach, or at James Bond Beach or Reggae Beach nearby.Come and enjoy the warmth of our home!
