Renters have their own personal entryway causing rental spaces & & bathroom, through moving glass door. Rent consists of updated cable television service & & box, internet/Wi-Fi, electrical, water. Tenants are offered their own cabinet/pantry, & & fridge/freezer area. We can supply renters with their own kitchen area utensils/dishes/cookware, furniture, bed, bed linen, television. Great water heating unit keeps water hot, with dealt with water. * HOUSE DETAILS * 2100 Square foot house. 4 Bedroom. 2.5 Bath. Fireplace. Consists of living, dining, & & living room. High quality ceiling fans throughout home. Renter's bathroom has handicapped bar in shower/bathtub. Short-term lease & & getaway rental ok (minimum 1 month). Great occupant price cut after 1 month, $25 off of monthly rent. We are presently taking candidates & & deposit to protect rental, out of state candidates ok. After your background check is completed, you can secure rental (minor background check). The rental agreement can be done through email, & & your money sent out through Western Union, and so on (wire transfer). No requirement to call & & look at availability, advertisement will be deleted once rented. Charges: $400 for 1 person, 1 space. $500 for 1 person, 2 rooms (storeroom). 2 individuals, 2 rooms, $600. Kindly call for rates if you require all 3 spaces. NO OTHER FEES REQUIRED. You can not relocate, until all fees are paid in complete. We can't hold rental up until future date, unless rent is paid completely. Felines ok, $25 refundable deposit. No dogs kindly. Smokers ok. Located at: Good Hope Lane, Spring Hill, Fl. 34610. Near Shady Hills Rd. Spring Hill Hospital, schools, park (Crews Lake), shopping, grocery, pharmacy, thrift establishments, Comm. Ctr, family events, churches, pawn, & & gas/convenience shops.
