In addition, there is a large all screened-in Arizona room where you can spend endless evenings enjoying the perfect views of the Superstition Mountains.This vacation home is located close to Apache Junction's shops and restaurants and minutes away from downtown Phoenix.There is lots to do in AZ including hiking, boating, fishing, sightseeing and even gambling in nearby casinos.This home is available April 1st 2013 through Dec. 2013This is a non-smoking property.Trash collection and Water service is included.The homeowners do provide for TV service.Sorry, but the homeowners will not consider any pets...no exceptions.There will be a $500 deposit to hold and reserve your vacation rental.
