Stone / Brokesha Mud Lake7420 N. 1160 W.Middlebury, IN 46540WEB SITE: http://thewellingtoncottage.weebly.comWelcome to the Wellington Cottage, we purchased the cottage in early 2008.The prior owner recently remodeled the entire main level installed all new appliances, including a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.COTTAGE AMENITIES:The cottage can accommodate up to 6-7 adults and 2-3 children.Central A/C and Heat.Dinning room and the kitchen provide a panoramic lake view and an overhead fans.Master bedroom,(Double size bed) with attached bath and overhead fan.Second bedroom, (Double size bed) with attached bath completed in May 2009Carriage room with full bathroom, (Double size bed) has a window A/C, and overhead fan,(used as an overflow bedroom).Basement includes a twin bed, two Childrens bunk beds, and a second walk out to the lake.Kitchen, kitchenette, Dinning room, Family room, including a FIREPLACE.Patio with sliding glass door facing the lake.Parking for up to 6 cars.High Speed internet WIFIWHATS INCLUDED IN THE COTTAGE:The cottage is fully furnished.Washer and dryer, cookware and silverware includedMajor kitchen appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, and misc containers, cooking utensils, place settings, kitchen cleaners, etc.Outdoor gas grill, grilling tools, table and chairs, and a large outside umbrella.Vacuum, cleaning supplies, towels.OUTDOOR ITEMS INCLUDED:Large cloth umbrellaSmall fishing / row boats, and a two person paddle boatTwo Adult / Kid KayaksPier on the lake around 50 foot longPick nick tableOutdoor chairsLarge glass round tableWooden swingWooden dual chairsBasket ball hoopChildrens water toysGreat fishing for Blue Gill and Large Mouth Bass.Adults and childrens life jacketsFire pit with wood in the back with wood seating.ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:Bed sheets, towels, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and any personal items.THINGS TO DO AND SEE:Gradual and shallow sandy swimming area.Stone Lake and the smaller connected Brokesha Lake are great fishing lakes.Stone lake is a max of 30 feet deep and has a public boat ramp / launch on the West side.Boating is speed restricted to 10 15 MPH, which helps to provide a quiet, and relaxing get-away.Shopping, golfing, site seeing, local attractions, SHIPSHWANA flee markets, and auctions are some of the local attractions.Ice Fishing, Cross Country Skiing, and nearby down hill skiing.THINGS YOU CANT BRING OR DO:Sorry no pets or smoking are allowedCHECK IN INFORMATION:The front door lock is electronic. After your security deposit is received, a code will be provided for the lock and will be changed after your departure.Your week starts on Saturday at 2:00 pm and ends on the following Saturday at noon.CHECK OUT INFORMATION:Please leave the cottage in as clean of condition as you found it, which includes cleaning the kitchen, putting away all outside items, closing all windows, doors, and putting all trash bags in the outside dumpster.The security deposit will be refunded after you leave, and so long as there are no damages or extraordinary cleaning needed.Please turn the A/C off , and the Gas grill off at the tank before your final departure.Check out is at Noon on the following Saturday.There is a one-week or three-day weekend minimum rental during the peak season, which is from May to August.
