This is a Vacation Club which I have 10 Weeks available. You will be owning 10 weeks that you can use anytime of the year and valid for hundreds of vacation properties across the USA and some foreign countries. There is a annual Maintenance fee assessed in October for $359.00. When you book your vacation you will have to pay a $99.00 fee for processing. This is based on not prime season w/ one bedroom. This is a legal ownership of the club. I encourage all interested parties to view there website to look at the potential locations. There are additional charges for more than one bedroom and for high season.The reason is that your prepaying vacations in bulk at a discount.I have 10 weeks left for which I paid $3,600.00 for 11 weeks on 4/7/2009, but find I never have the time to use them. My sons and I did stay at the Myrtle Beach Resort this summer and it was great. The resort was on the beach and we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo during prime season. The total cost was an additional $420.00 for a total of $519.00 for one full week on the beach! The picture is from our balcony at the Myrtle Beach Resort, which was huge, had several pools, an outdoor grill/bar w/ music at night, gym, indoor pools, huge laundry room and tennis. Also stayed at the place in Lake Tahoe last February for skiing, at the Heavenly Valley Gondola and it was beautiful.So therefore you are buying all 10 Weeks of vacation to use anytime, anywhere. TAN also run all kind of specials where you can book for the $99.00 processing fee and not use up your weeks.
