Thank you for your interest in my timeshare condo/resort. It is located in the Islands of Marathon in the fabulous Florida Keys. These units are privately owned. This rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday and is the 39th week.Marathon Key Beach Club is nestled on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. This unit is approx.1300 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Screened balcony, full kitchen, comfortable furnishings and a washer/dryer in the unit are just a few amenities to make you feel more at home.This unit can accommodate 6 people. There is parking under the building for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is available on the property.Marathon Key Beach Club has one of the larger swimming pools in the Florida Keys. It also have a hot tub and tennis courts. We are next to Banana Bay which offers boat slip rentals and free use of the boat ramp for guests. Wave runner, boat and kayak rentals are also available through Fish ?n Fun rentals located at the marina.Tiki Hut Bar at poolside with restaurant. Secluded property with Beautiful walkways throughout the resort with very limited traffic. This is one of the most relaxing areas to enjoy your time off. Very close to the 7 mile bridge and within a short commute to Key West for added entertainment.This rental unit is being offered for less than the standard weekly rate along with being available for sale at a great price because owner has too many units and can't use them all.
