At the north end of the living room are the two bedrooms, and a full bath with a shower. A lovely screen porch spans the front of the cottage and is accessed via the living room. Here guests can enjoy excellent views of the lake and lakefront activities, lounge out of the sun, or enjoy a great meal outdoors. The small deck off the porch leads down to 55 feet of natural, pebble beach. Water depth is gradual, and a dock is provided for guests use. There is also a canoe available for exploring the Keuka shoreline. Beechnut Bungalow is located just minutes from several wineries, the Keuka Lake State Park, several marinas, and the village of Penn Yan.
