The Bougainvillea building is near the main lobby as well as the main pool area, the restaraunt, a parking area and laundry facilities. No waiting for a ride to or from your room. It has great access. Being on the ground floor provides guests with the luxury of a large grassy yard and beautiful tropical foliage. Recently remodeled and updated, this condo can be rented as a one bedroom home with sleeping available for 4 guests. The master suite has a king size bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a lanai and private ensuite bathroom. Full kitchen with DW, Cable TV in the bedroom and living room as well as CD Stereo, VCR and/or DVD player, another lanai off of the living room steps out to the grassy area. The condo has air conditioning. Nonsmoking, sleeps up to 4 guests. The views are gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful and a very friendly staff make for a great place to stay.
