The expansive master bedroom has a tray ceiling with crown molding, carpeting and a huge walk-in closet. Enjoy the dual sinks, granite counters, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in closet and tiled shower in the master bath. Both guest bedrooms offer privacy and share a 'Flamingo Themed' guest / pool bathroom. There is plenty of space in the oversized 2 car garage. The screened-in lanai offers southern exposure and features a sparkling pool with a waterfall feature. Also included is a gas grill and prepping area. There is seating for pool-side snacks or dinners. Take a dip in the heated pool or just relax poolside, you will have complete privacy in the fenced in back yard. The location cannot be beat, you are with-in 5 minutes to Cape Harbour Marina Village and Tarpon Pointe Marina. There are also many restaurants and shops close by.
