I reside in Middle Tennessee however own a number of waterfront studio condominiums at Fort Walton Beach. When the rental management business does not put a rental guest in among my condos, they sit vacant while YOU might be delighting in a relaxing time in a beautiful part of the nation. The studio condos are not directly on the beach ... they are separated from the Gulf of Mexico by Okaloosa Island. Our complex is found on Santa Rosa Sound ... the inter coastal waterway between Okaloosa Island and mainland Fort Walton Beach. We do have about 1,000 feet of coastline on the waterway in addition to a 122 slip marina. We also have a little sandy beach on the waterway where you will constantly find kids playing in the sand and water. If you like the beach, it is a brief 2.5 mile drive from my door directly to the public beach parking on Okaloosa Island. This public beachfront parking lot includes bathroom facilities and shower off facilities. Just below the calendar, you will certainly discover the rental managers rates for our condominiums. If you find an empty day in July and would like to book it, provide me a call. I would rather book an owner referral in my condo at a lower rate than let it sit vacant. For any vacant day left in July, I will provide a deep discount rate with a 3 night minimum (unless there are jobs of fewer than 3 nights). No Pets, No Smoking, Maximum four guests.
