41,000 points every year with Holiday Inn Club Vacations membership. Our home resort is The Smoky Mountain Resort, in the beautiful Gatlinburg, Tennessee or you can travel anywhere. There are more than 4,000 affiliated resorts through RCI. The home resort is right off the strip in Gatlinburg. This is perfect for couples and familes. We purchased this on our honeymoon there and traveled there every year after that. The last couple years have been with children and there is still so much to do. Whether you enjoy amusement parks, historical attractions, shopping, night life, hiking, they have it all. This resort is also a very short drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This resort has a secured building where only members have keys to enter. There is a pool and hot tub outside and another pool and hot tub inside. There are grills and tables available in the pool area. They occasionally have entertainment/music poolside. There are also many tours that will pick up right at the resort and bus you around or take you to an attraction. This membership will provide 41,000 points EVERY YEAR for the rest of your life or until you sell. It equals 1 week a year in a 2 bedroom suite complete with a full kitchen. We have taken week vacations, but we have also taken a few long weekend trips. We have also used the points for other resorts in the US and we always had great customer service and the resorts were great. For sale is our membership for $4500 or best offer. We purchased it for $8000 in 2007 and have been told the membership is worth more today.Or rent a week for $1000I have spoken to the company that financed me for this membership. They explained to me how to sell this and the correct paperwork needed. I have the paperwork in hand that would change the ownership of the deed and membership. There is an administrative filing fee that I will pay when it is filed with the county's public records office.
