Enjoy your stay in this lovely play ground that is Santa Barbara. A large room with a personal bath, entryway, and deck await you. We are in a pleasant domestic neighborhhood less than three miles to the center of downtown or to the harbor location and Stearns Wharf. A staircase to a lovely beach is just 4 brief blocks away. A 5-10 minute stroll the other direction takes you to many restaurants, two grocery stores and many shops. We are less than a mile from the beautiful Douglas Family Preserve (google it) which is a 70 acre bluff-top (leash complimentary) park neglecting the ocean. Keeping your bikes on the personal, confined deck and utilize them to check out miles of bikepaths along the welcoming waterfront. Discover Santa Barbara's lots of thrills-- neighboring hiking in the mountains, world-class restaurants, galleries, galleries, fine shops, theaters, universities and much, a lot more. The room has a queen size bed, private bath with shower (towels - including beach towels - supplied), wi fi web connection, tv with cable television, table and chairs, little fridge and freezer, microwave/convection oven, George Forman grill, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, electric frying pan, with pans, plates, utensils, cups, and so on. For Sunday through Thursday nights the rate is $75 per night; Friday and Saturday nights are $90 per night. Summertime rates (Jun 1 through Sept 30) are Sunday through Thursday nights the rate $100 per night; Friday and Saturday nights are $125 per night. 2 nights minimum required.
