Studio K, the former Kaleidoscope Studio of across the country understood artist Craig Huber, is a totally supplied private and lovely 4 space and 2 patio area studio guesthouse with A/C. The studio is artistic with hand crafted detail in each room. It has 1 room with a queen size sleigh bed, a living-room with a digital LCD TELEVISION, a totally equipped kitchen area with complete stove and refrigerator and a lovely restroom with hand tiled and stained glass information. Found in the heart of downtown Eugene (15th and Lawrence St.), it is a simple 1 mile walk to both the University of Oregon & Hayward Field and to the downtown & the Hult Center & the regular Saturday and Farmers Market. Studio K is alongside the east/west bike course and 3 blocks to a bus stop. There is wireless web and a computer in the living space. We have a 2 night minimum for up to 2 guests. Each day is $100 plus a one time cleaning charge of $50. Additional guests (approximately 2) are $20.00 per individual per night (our futon couch opens into a full size bed). We utilize eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning items. We have off street driveway parking and are conveniently located for all of Eugene in a friendly, safe and quiet downtown area. There are 3 popular community coffee shops within 2 blocks of Studio K. Studio K is decorated with Craig's and Annie's individual art. Studio K was produced with hand crafted detail consisting of all wood trim, a skylight in each space and an outdoor patio area off of both the cooking area and bedroom. Our many vegetable and flower gardens are in full bloom. It is impeccably clean and a very soothing home away from house. When they travel, this is the kind of household run visitor home that Craig & Annie look to stay in. Contact us for more details about this great holiday rental.
