Private guest house on 2 acres, completely fenced w/security gate, neighborhood watch, on an extremely quiet & peaceful culdesac. Seperate hot tub available for adults in a private 14x12 redwood gazebo with smoky colored windows you can see out of, but can't see into.The guest house is perfect for a private romantic getaway, wedding night, or vacation rental for a single person, or couple. The rental is $100.00 per day from 4/20 thru 1/5, & is $85.00 per day from 1/6 thru 4/15 with Spring Cleaning in between. The guest house's large frontroom has A/C, heat, ceiling fan, fold out sleeper couch, big screen tv, dvd player, vcr, & extended cabel tv. The kitchen is fully stocked, & equipped with everything you'd need to set up housekeeping, & it has all the small appliances needed like coffee pot, microwave, toaster, etc.. The bathroom has been completely remodeled recently from floor to ceiling including all fixtures, etc....so it's all new & decorated in black bear woodsy decor. The 12 x 24' bedroom which has just been changed to Jungle/tropical, has a huge ceiling fan over the queen size adjustable bed with massage, a large wall closet, 3 large curtained windows, & another large tv, w/cabel tv. There is a second screened door that goes out to the covered private 12 x 12 redwood deck with a table & chairs, & extra seating.The deck has several hanging baskets of flowers with lights in them for nighttime magic, the table has a large globe that morphs through about 8 or more colors, & a solar cascading waterfall feature during summer when there's lots of sunshine, & the deck is surrounded by containers with stargazer lilies, astilbies, phlox, 3 lilacs, roses, daylilies, & a gardenia tree. There's also two huge strawberry beds, & thornless blackberries right off the deck, available for picking & putting in your morning cereal, while you're planning your day & enjoying your coffee out on the deck, or just listening to the birds, smelling the flowers, & enjoying the floral beauty. At night the yard comes alive with solar lights & lanterns that morph through several different colors continuing with the night time yard magic. I have repeat vacationers who come back every year, or every other year & stay here, have BBQ's in the seperate 14x18 screened in patio/party room....so, make your reservations early. All accommodations must be paid for at least two weeks in advance, & those with children, or pets, must pay a security/cleaning deposit prior to renting, that is refundable, with a clean rental.The guest house is located 2 1/2 miles from the I-5 freeway (exit 55). There are several great restaurants (Applebee's, Sherry's, Elmer's, Abby's pizza, etc.), & fast food (McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, etc.), & stores (Super Walmart, Fred Myers, Big Lots, Dollar Store, etc.) about 2 miles away.
