We are in a family friendly safe neighborhood.2 bedroom; 1 bath; completely set up kitchen area, TELEVISION with fundamental cable television, AC devices in both bedrooms, living room and kitchen area. Bedrooms have queen sized beds in addition to the sofa in the living-room folds out. You will require to provide towels and linens for your household. I have lots of pillows, blanket & quilts for your use. New screened porch off the back porch that has chairs and tables for your use. Front porch has great deals of rockers and plants; with wind chimes to take pleasure in as you drink a cold beverage and simply unwind.Charcoal grill/smoker to cook your fresh catch of the day is available for your use, as well as two bicycles.Home lies 2 blocks from the bay; where you can snorkel, fish or swim. Scallop period runs from July 1 to Sept 10th. Property has room to park several cars or your truck & boat trailer outside the fenced backyard. We ask that you not clean your boat in the lawn, but go to the automobile wash that is within a mile of the cottage. Public boat ramp positioned with in 1 mile; "Frank Pate Park" has a fantastic play ground for the kids too.Port St Joe has numerous terrific dining establishments along with a laundry market nearby. Make sure to have a look at Daly's Dive Shop; there are numerous grocery stores offered and St. Patrick's is the place to get your fresh sea foods. If you need fishing supplies or license; you can get those at Blue Water Outriggers. Apalachicola is 30 minutes east and Panama City is 30-40 minutes west.
