The Area:.Less than 5 miles to Big Boulder, Lake Harmony and Split Rock; surrounded by State Gamelands. For all you race fans, Pocono Raceway is about 10 minutes away. Centrally located within 10-30 minutes' drive from Jack Frost, Camelback, Outlets, Casino, Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run State Park, White Water Rafting, Skirmish Paint Ball, Horseback Riding, Fishing, Boating and much far more! The Community: Brier Crest Woods.Located simply 10 minutes from the slopes at Big Boulder you can discover the Shangri La of the Poconos. Brier Crest Woods Community and its 43 Acre Lake Shangri La can be found easily just off of PA Rte 903 and very close to PA Rte 115. This magnificent lake community contains a sandy beach at Lake Shangri La, stocked fishing (PA License needed!), basketball courts, tennis courts and picnic and play area facilities. This neighborhood takes pleasure in seeing an abundance of wildlife since it is mainly surrounded by PA State Gamelands. Hundreds of acres of woody green area keep this community rustic and earthy. No Smoking! Dogs are ok with prior approval. All stays are a 2 night minimum, vacations and event (race) rates will be a little greater (e-mail for rates and aspects!). We choose all payments by PayPal / Amazon WebPay. Must be 25 yrs of age minimum, you could be requested for confirmation! ** $100/night (2 night minimum) - great with Oct 2014.+ $25 community cost (mandatory) - per stay, up to 3 nights.+ $50 community fee (mandatory) - 4 nights (per stay). ** $75/night - 5 nights or more - good with Oct 2014.+ $50 neighborhood cost (obligatory) - per stay, as much as 7 nights.+ $100 neighborhood fee (compulsory) - 7 to 30 nights (per stay). ** $100 security deposit - will certainly be returned no later than a week after completion of your stay.** $40 non-refundable cleaning cost per stay.
