HOME DESCRIPTION.Found in the Hudson Valley, 2 hours North of NYC, our 27 acre farm is house to steeds, chickens, felines, pet dogs and bunnies. To promote neighborhood we provide nighttime bonfires, a wood fired pizza oven and a glamorous therapy jacuzzi. Far from any big roads, our lodgings are distinct and cost effective best for families with youngsters and animals or for couples wanting.to have a romantic weekend surrounded by nature. ANIMAL POLICY.Cats, equines and pet dogs welcome! HOME AMENITIES.Hot tub / Jacuzzi, wood fired pizza oven, walking, skiing,.riding tracks and creek. BONFIRES EVERY SATURDAY EVENING.Weather permitting. YOUR HOME:.At one time our home was the center of a 300 acre Dairy Farm. The Big House was initially the Dairy Barn. Great care was taken to save the original Chestnut Beams and the rustic nation feel of the home. The living space is a promoting double height space with a gigantic map of the world on which we like to mark the houses of all our visitors.THE LOVE AND HARMONY SUITE: has hand painted murals and consists of, a bed room with Queen bed, Satelite TELEVISION and wifi, small siting space with day bed and dresser and a complete bathroom with shower delay, toilet and vanity. Visitors are welcome to use the living-room and kitchen area, there is also an outdoor eating area with a grill. We generally have a bonfire on Saturday nights and all of the guests remaining on the farm join us! The Suite is finest suited to an individual or a couple with one child. It is on the 2nd floor of our home, our room is on the other end of the second floor. You have the complete use of our kitchen area, living space and out door BBQ and wood fired brick oven. Kindly ask about single night bookings, sometimes we can arrange for this. MORNING MEAL IS INCLUDED.Volcanic Costa Rican Coffee, Orange Juice, Yogurt, fruit, granola, eggs, bacon and toast, rice and beans (upon request) w / eggs over simple. RATES:.Holidays and weekends $125.Week nights $100.1 Week $550 (Breakfast on the very first morning).1 Month $1400.Double occupancy.add $15 per night for extra individuals.include $10 per night per animals.10 % tax.1/2 non-refundable deposit. SATURDAY NIGHT PIZZA PARTY.Pizza made in the outdoor wood fired oven and eaten by the bonfire or in our dining-room (weather condition allowing or inside), you choose and put on the garnishes (i.e. sausage, broccoli, onions, olives, feta cheese, etc.), we prepare the dough.
