All water related toys are welcome, no bikes. This is a non cigarette smoking home, there isn't really a cleaning charge simply leave home in same condition as when you arrived. You will certainly require to bring your own towels and linens, there are pillows. All food preparation utensils are in the cottage, glasses, dishes, knives, forks, coffee maker and microwave. Checkin is Sunday at 2:00 pm and checkout is Sunday at 10:00 am. NON SMOKING. Pets are welcome, there is a $50.00 fee for each pet you bring. Daily rates are $175.00 per night with a minimum for 4 night stay, The rate of $175.00 per night is from September 15th 2014 to December 15th 2014. Minimum 4 nights.
